Got Beef?

A bunch of Josh's family gets together every year and a half or so and raise cows, on his parents' farm. It's a lot of work and never would work out without everything that Josh's Dad, Mom and brother, do.
At the end of it all, we all get stocked freezers with beef that we have raised - so we know what they've been fed. The meat is incredibly lean, compared to what you'd buy in the store and it ends up being much cheaper.
Here's to t-bone steaks and Sunday roasts! :)

I'm SOOOOO jealous! I miss buying a cow :-( I never raised one, but would purchase part of a cow with other family members and it is soooo yummo!
