Nutrition Class


I had to make a yummy, nutritious soup for Nutrition class and take pics. We had to use water that we had boiled another vegetable in, hence the broccoli (so the broccoli is not actually in the soup, I just used the water that I boiled it in! Extra nutrients!). Actually, it improved the soup! So, I share them with you. This is the soup I listed for the last Random Recipes: Chicken and Tortellini Soup. So good!

I just made that soup tonight and loved it! Maybe next time I will try the broccoli water. Did you use in in addition to the broth, in place of some of it? Enquiring minds wanna know?

Looks yummy- and what a good idea to use the water from the broccoli....I would have never thought of that!
